Some plastic packaging manufacturers have added plasticizers and antioxidants to improve the performance of certain plastics. These additives are often toxic. If recycled products made of used recycled plastics are used for food packaging, it is more difficult to ensure that the plastic packages are non-toxic.
Green food refers to a non-polluting, safe, high-quality, nutritious food that has been identified by a specialized agency. There are many standards for green food, and one of them is that the packaging, storage and transportation of products must comply with the standards for green food packaging and transportation.
